Wish List Wednesdays

Creepy Custom Favor Bags

(Source)

How adorable are these Halloween favor bags??
I would love to hand out something similar at a Halloween party!

In honor of me (wishing) to make these bags -
here are the two products on my wishlist this Wednesday:

1. Drippy Goo Edge punch by Martha Stewart
2. Batty for You* by Stampin Up

*I can't seem to find the original stamp set used to make these online anywhere, but I bet the Stampin Up set would look just as cute!

Update - I just saw this post where the ladies at Craft Critique made the Favor Bags IRL... SO CUTE!!

Another Wedding Gift Card

I embellished another Bed, Bath and Beyond card for one of the Hubby's good friend's wive's bridal shower.  (Phew - that was a mouthful!)  Of course I forgot to take a picture of it BEFORE I wrote in in...so I apologize for the blurs, but I think it came out really cute! We just attended their wedding this past weekend and had a BLAST!! I also made her a pair of underwear with her new name, but I can't remember if I took a picture or not... hopefully I did, then I will post it!!

Happy Birthday - Go Bears!

Here's a Birthday Card I made for my Father-In-Law who also happens to be a huge Chicago Bears fan... so I decided to make the card in "Bears" colors!

Bachelorette Bash Gifts

With all of the weddings and showers I'ven been to this year... I've also been to a lot of bachelorette parties!  Coming up with cute gifts for the bachelorette is always easy :-)

Here are some undies I "bedazzled" for a friends.  Every bride can use a "Something Blue"!

Cute Birthday Present

My friend Jenn turned the big 3-0 this summer!  As a cute gift a made her a set of "J" stationary as seen above.  Then I wrapped them up in a cute plastic box.  It made a super cute & easy birthday present!

All of the backgrounds are embossed with Cuttlebug folders.  Its hard to see - but on the tag of the gift, the front is embossed to say "happy birthday!".

Vegas Baby!

Back in February... I traveled to Vegas for the bachelorette party of a friend. Of course I couldn't pass up an opportunity to use my new Cuttlebug!

I made buttons for all of the girls at the party to wear - with a special button for the bride!

Of course buttons weren't the only crafty fun... we had a blast decorating the room too.

The year of the weddings continued....

This weekend we attended the wedding of one of the hubby's oldest friends. Unfortunately, I had NO TIME to make a new wedding card - so I used an old standby that Stampin Mom had on hand!

Crafting at work

Unfortunately, I have had NO TIME lately for crafting. Well, that's not true, I made a beautiful stationary set with my mom last weekend that is going to be a birthday present for a friend -but I won't post that until after her birthday! For now I'll leave you with a picture that shows just how much crafting influences my entire life! Yes, this is my using my craft cutter at work...

And no, that is not my desk, my desk is no where near that clean! I won't even begin to explain what these labels are for... but lets just say this project has been a huge pain in my butt for the last month!

Since u been gone...

Well, once again my posting content has lapsed...
due less in part to my bad posting habits, and more in part to the fact that I have NO TIME to craft! (very very sad... usually this means I am completely stressed out in my life!) Crafting is my creative outlet and stress reliever. Oh well... that being said, I probably will not have time to craft/post my projects for the next couple of months. In the next 2 months I will be attending 3 weddings, 2 showers, 2 engagement parties and 2 bachelorette parties as well as applying to grad schools (I swear I'm a glutton for punishment) and passing an accreditation exam at work!! Oh yeah... and getting married myself!!!!

In the meantime, feel free to follow my everyday craft musings on twitter...

Just because I don't have the time to craft doesn't mean I don't find crafty stuff in my every day life that I want to share!! My brain runs on crafts 24/7....

I made this card for a friend's wedding shower!

Unfortunately, the card didn't actually make it to the shower - (loooooong story)!
But hey - its the thought that counts, right???

Life has gotten in the way...

Once again, i have let months pass me by without sharing my crafting goodies with you all!

First it was the Holidays:

Then in January I took a break from crafting to cross some life goals off of my list:

Since then I have let wedding madness get the best of me!
The upside is that I have tons of wedding related crafting to share with the world!
I will be back soon to share all of my projects that I have created in the past few months!
